How we handle your details
When you get in touch
If you fill in the form on our contact page, or ring or email us, what you send arrives with us as an email. We keep it so we can answer you and pick up where we left off next time. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to tell us roughly how many people visit and which pages they find useful. It is switched off until you choose Accept on the cookie message, and choosing No thanks means nothing is stored at all. You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookies button at the bottom of any page.
Our webserver
We host this site on our own webserver, which keeps standard logs of page requests for security and troubleshooting. The map on our Find Us page is provided by Google.
Asking us about your details
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring John on 07798 878378 or email john@avonbusiness.com and we will sort it out. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled something, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
